Ordering online is easy. Begin by searching for your medications using the ‘Search for medication’ tool. Select the correct medication and dosage, then click the ‘Buy’ button to add items to your cart. If you need additional medications, continue searching and adding as needed. Complete the checkout process by providing contact, payment, and shipping information. You'll also need to set up an account with an email address and password for future orders or to check the status of this order. If you already have an account, simply log in during checkout to populate your contact information automatically. For prescription orders, please upload a scanned copy or a clear digital photo of your prescription after placing your order, or you can fax it to us at 1-844-919-6853. Orders without prescription items can be processed immediately. If a prescription is required and not yet received, our customer service team will reach out to you for follow-up.
Place your order over the phone by calling us toll-free at 1-888-350-1353. Our patient specialists will assist you with your order and explain how to send us your prescription.
To order via fax, first complete our Medication Order Form, then fax it and your prescription to 1-888-350-6672. Please note, if we process your order and your prescription is missing, our team will contact you to ensure it is sent to us promptly.
If your medication was initially prescribed with multiple refills and we still have refills on file, you can easily reorder. Simply visit the refills section, log in with your initial account details, and use the ‘Re-Order Products’ option in your account profile. Select the medication and complete the checkout process just like your initial order.
